These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AR9999 — our online sports betting and live casino platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing AR9999 and using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction
Welcome to AR9999. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and AR9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the AR9999 website located at ar9999.cam, including all associated services, software, features, mobile interfaces and betting or gaming products made available through the Platform.
By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
AR9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a platform notice or email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Definitions
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
The website ar9999.cam and all associated online services, mobile-optimised interfaces, betting products, casino games and promotional systems operated under the AR9999 brand .
The individual, password-protected account created by a User upon successful completion of the AR9999 registration process, through which all betting, gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
Any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table or any other betting market made available through the Platform.
Any promotional credits, free bet tokens, cashback amounts or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player Account subject to specific wagering requirements and bonus terms.
The sum of verified deposits and/or winnings held in a Player Account, excluding any Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under the Platform's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations before withdrawals or high-value account activity may be processed.
Any country, territory or region in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful or restricted, as updated from time to time in the Platform's geo-restriction list.
Account Eligibility
To register and maintain a Player Account with AR9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You are not a current employee, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an AR9999 employee in a role connected to operations, trading or platform integrity.
- You have not previously had a Player Account suspended or permanently closed by AR9999 for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not self-excluded under any active self-exclusion instruction submitted to AR9999.
- You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on AR9999. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address or related payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your registered email address, password and any two-factor authentication credentials — up to date and confidential at all times.
- You must not share your account login credentials with any other person.
- AR9999 will never ask for your full password via email, chat or telephone.
- Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
- You must notify AR9999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- AR9999 may require you to complete enhanced verification (enhanced KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
Betting Rules & Wager Acceptance
A wager is not accepted until AR9999's system returns a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Pending or loading confirmations do not constitute accepted bets. AR9999 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any wager at its discretion, including in circumstances involving pricing errors, data feed failures or suspected abuse.
Sports betting markets — including PSL T20 cricket, ICC tournament fixtures, football leagues, UFC events and all other covered markets — are subject to their respective sport-specific rules, which supplement but do not replace these general Terms. Sport-specific rules govern outcomes in the event of event postponements, abandonments, venue changes and similar contingencies.
- Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that wager, subject to palpable error provisions.
- AR9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to system, data or human error ("palpable errors"). Voided bets are settled at the stake amount returned.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to latency between the live event and data feed updates. AR9999 is not responsible for bets placed on events where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement due to data feed delay.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting market or cashier help section.
- Winnings from a settled bet will be credited to your Real Money Balance promptly following official result confirmation.
- AR9999 may impose individual account betting limits at any time without prior notice, including for accounts identified as consistently winning at rates that suggest systematic exploitation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposit and withdrawal amounts on AR9999 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The cashier section references familiar Pakistan payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual guidance only. AR9999 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or formal support from any listed payment provider. Players must verify which payment methods are currently active and supported at the time of their transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method or account tier.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account or is registered in the verified account holder's name.
- AR9999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal suspension.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is one to five business days, subject to the payment method and the account's verification status at the time of the request.
- AR9999 does not accept payments from credit instruments where the use of credit for gambling is restricted by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction rules.
- Chargeback disputes initiated against AR9999 deposits may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
AR9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome packages, reload offers, free bets and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all AR9999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be requested.
- Bonus Funds have an expiry period. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds balance.
- A maximum bet per round or per market may apply when bonus wagering requirements are active. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
- Promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. AR9999 will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
- Abuse of promotional structures — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
Responsible Gambling
AR9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all parts of the Platform. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible from your account settings at any time. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options of varying durations.
Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and no betting strategy guarantees a profit. - Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be loosened within a mandatory review period.
- Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days are available on request and block all login and marketing during the period.
- Self-exclusion options of 6 months, 1 year and 5 years are available. Reinstatement after self-exclusion requires a formal review and a mandatory waiting period.
- Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts. AR9999 takes reasonable steps to detect and close accounts opened in breach of active self-exclusion instructions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AR9999 Platform — including but not limited to the AR9999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, odds data, game content and promotional materials — is either owned by AR9999 or licensed to AR9999 by third-party rights holders. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any part of the Platform without prior written consent from AR9999.
- Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract odds data, game data or user data from the Platform by automated means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
- Use the AR9999 brand name, logo or any associated marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AR9999 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
AR9999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the User's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AR9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Suspension & Termination
AR9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- The account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering or other unlawful purposes.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- Multiple accounts have been operated by the same individual.
- Bonus abuse, matched betting coordination or systematic exploitation of promotional structures has been identified.
- A regulatory, legal or law enforcement directive requires the restriction of the account.
Upon permanent account closure for a breach of these Terms, AR9999 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method.
Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting AR9999 support via Live Chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures and completed KYC requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your local jurisdiction.
AR9999 makes no representation that the Platform, its content or its services are lawful, appropriate or available in any jurisdiction other than those in which it is authorised to operate. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is done entirely at your own risk and in potential violation of local law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
